Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIA ONLY: FREE POSTAGE for all orders over $95. Orders under this value will be sent at a flat rate of $9.50 via Australia Post with a tracking number. If you wish to have your order sent as Registered Post, there will be an additional fee of up to $6.30.

COLLECT on Craft Day is an option only available when attending our informal Craft Affair days. Your order will be brought to you on the day.

SMALL ITEMS: If your order is small and lightweight it may be possible to send it in an envelope of a suitable size. So where postage is less than Flat Rate, we will refund the difference to the account from which it was paid. See details below.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is not Flate Rate and will vary depending on destination and large items can be expensive to post - however, small lightweight items can be cost effective. Please contact us before placing your order to get a quote based on current Australia Post charges to your country.

STOCK AVAILABILITY: Should any item that you order become unavailable before the order is processed, we will refund the the value of the missing item to your nominated account.


Letter (thin, lightweight items): From $2.20 - $5.50

Flat rate within Australia: Up to 500g $9.50 ... 500g-1kg $12.50

Larger, heavier items can be posted at the relevant current postal rate - please contact us with your enquiry.

Postage fees are based on Australia Post charges effective March 2021

RETURN of any items purchased must be authorized via contact with us by email. Goods returned without authorization will not be accepted. Any refund due from valid returns will be promptly processed to the account from which it came.

Any items damaged in the course of delivery will not be accepted for refund.

Please note that we will not cover postage & handling costs for returned items where goods have been sent as ordered and/or arranged.
